Pumpkins & Sunflowers Watercolor Workshop October 10, 2025

Indulge in a beautifully crafted watercolor workshop designed to spark creativity, relaxation and joy. This class will be focused on learning how to paint loose, expressive, pumpkins and sunflowers.

Led by Kristen Elaine Whalen, professional watercolor artist, floral specialist, and owner of Flowers With Legs, this friendly, hands-on workshop will take you step-by-step through painting your very own 8x10 watercolor that looks nearly identical to her painting, give or take a few of your own creative tweaks. You'll learn to break down the pumpkins and sunflowers into splashes of color, curved lines, dancing leaves and stems, and then bring them all together with movement, expression and personality. 

You'll begin with a line drawing prepared by Kristen Elaine as well as a pre-mixed palette of colors. We will jump right into the painting so that everyone will be able to leave with their finished 8x10. 

Professional grade art supplies are provided. Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend who also loves pumpkins!) By the end, you'll have a gorgeous 8x10 Harvest Themed Painting to take home, frame and treasure.
